Terms and Conditions
Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller — the operator of this online store — and the buyer who concludes a purchase agreement through the e-shop. All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and, in the case of consumers, by Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
Orders and conclusion of the contract
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the buyer receives confirmation of the order at the e-mail address provided. Before sending the order, the buyer is given the opportunity to review and modify the information entered. The seller treats the order data as correct.
Prices and payment
All prices shown in the e-shop are final and include VAT. The price of the goods does not include shipping costs, which are communicated to the buyer before the order is finalised. Payment can be made by online card payment, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Delivery of goods
The seller undertakes to dispatch the ordered goods generally within two business days of receiving the order, or — in the case of advance payment — after the funds have been credited to the seller's account. The actual delivery date depends on the chosen carrier and the destination.
Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen days of receiving the goods. A unilateral written notice sent to the seller is sufficient. Returned goods should be undamaged, complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.
Complaints and warranty
The buyer may exercise rights from defective performance with the seller no later than twenty-four months from the date the goods are received. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail or post; the buyer is informed of the next steps usually within three business days.
