Shipping

We ship throughout the Czech Republic using several carriers so you can pick the option that suits you best. Free shipping is available on orders above CZK 1,500.

Shipping options

Zásilkovna — pick-up at more than 4,000 collection points across the Czech Republic. Delivery the next business day after dispatch, price CZK 79.
PPL — door-to-door delivery with a delivery time window. Price CZK 129, typically within 1–2 business days.
DPD — door-to-door delivery or DPD Pickup boxes. Price CZK 119, delivery on the next business day.
Personal collection — free pick-up at our store in Prague 7.

Payment

Choose the payment method that works best for you. All online payments are processed in the secure environment of our payment gateway provider.

Online card payment — instant confirmation, goods are shipped the next business day. No surcharge.
Bank transfer — payment instructions are sent by e-mail. Goods are dispatched once the funds are credited to our account.
Cash on delivery — pay when the parcel arrives. Surcharge of CZK 39.
Apple Pay / Google Pay — fast mobile or watch payment, no surcharge.

Delivery times

Orders received by 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day; others go out the next business day. On Monday morning we also send out weekend orders. During holidays and sales the lead time may be slightly longer; in that case we let you know in the cart.

International delivery

We also deliver to Slovakia via Zásilkovna (CZK 149, 2–3 business days). For delivery to other EU countries please contact us and we will calculate the price and delivery time individually.
